How to make a Change?

IF YOUR REQUEST APPROPRIATE

If your return request complies with the return policies, it will be accepted and you will receive a notification via email or WhatsApp message within 24 business hours , which will include a parcel guide that you must print and paste on the packaging or on If applicable, the payment link for the guides.

THIS GUIDE IS VALID FOR 15 DAYS FROM THE TIME YOU RECEIVE IT.

IF YOUR REQUEST DOES NOT APPLY

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the products you chose to return, our team will inspect the product and issue the refund to the payment method you have chosen.
